**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.
- Meet existing and new clients on site to review project objectives and timelines.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Manage project expectations with team members and other staff.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
- Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendation report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in industrial project management.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale industrial projects.
- Strong familiarity with project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.

Pay: $78,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
