Epic P&C Workflow Specialist

**_As an Epic P&C Workflow Specialist, a typical day might include: _**
- Identifying opportunities to improve workflows, enhance system functionality, and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborating with business departments to understand their needs and translate them into system enhancements.
- Working with members of the Epic Systems team on developing and implementing workflow changes, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Working with department managers, directors, CFO, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Facilitating meetings, presenting status updates, and communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with users.
- Participating in Epic Cleanup, as required
- Acting as Epic P&C Workflow Subject Matter Expert in various committees and projects as required, including participating in Epic migration projects associated with acquisitions

**_Must haves: _**
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the general insurance industry
- 1-2 years’ experience in the Applied Epic Broker Management System including ancillary products
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Undergraduate University Diploma or Degree, preferably in technology or business, or equivalent experience
