Systems Analyst
- Business Process Improvement: Collaborate closely with business units to build strong relationships and streamline processes within and adjacent to our ERP systems, leveraging ERP features and capabilities whenever possible.
- ERP System Optimization: Analyze and evaluate the current ERP system to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements that align with business processes and objectives.
- User Support & Training: Provide advanced support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training and guidance on ERP best practices to maximize user efficiency.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new functionalities, system enhancements, or process improvements.
- Projects: Participate in ERP-related projects, including upgrades, module implementations, and system integrations, while ensuring alignment with overall IT strategy.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Work with the Business and Data Team to develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Partner with infrastructure team, development team, and external vendors to ensure system stability, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, and user training materials. Develop templates and standards the team can leverage as they create documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience supporting or implementing ERP systems (e.g., IFS, Infor, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong understanding of core business processes such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or sales
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and translating business needs into technical solutions.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and user experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks, is considered an asset.
