**IT Systems Analyst**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Review, analyze, and evaluate user needs to create systems solutions that support overall business strategies.
- Documents business and systems requirements defines scope and objectives.
- Work with stakeholders to define customer experiences that balance both customer and business needs.
- Work cross-functionally to create flow diagrams for user flows, system flows, and processes to help identify risks, dependencies, and requirements.
- Contribute to road mapping and mapping of business requirements.
- Manage the set-up and configuration of business-critical systems.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and upgrades of IT system to meet the business and user needs.
- Use best practices for supportability, scalability, and system performance.
- Experience using Project Management Software (Jira, Asana, etc.).
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Analysis. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Excellent understanding of the retail industry, web, mobile and eCommerce technologies.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Previous experience with collaboration tools and methods such as Asana, GoToMeeting, etc.
- Ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strategic, growth minded, and innovative long-term thinker, with the ability to anticipate the needs and negotiate solutions.
- Must have proven ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Knowledge of Indigenous culture, traditions and fluent in a First Nations language would be an asset.
- Ability to function effectively as a team member.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
