All Seasons Landscaping is an award winning landscape company located in Guelph, ON currently looking for a Landscape Supervisor/ Crew leader for our Landscape Maintenance Division. Our company consists of 2 Divisions (Landscape Maintenance and Landscape Design and Build) and are in a period of aggressive growth to build out these divisions as we continue to be a leader in the landscape space.
- **This person would be responsible for the following**:_
- Leading a crew of 3-4 team members on daily basis
- Carrying out various landscape maintenance items such as lawn care work, garden maintenance work, spring and fall cleanups, planting and sodding work and general maintenance related tasks on clients properties
- Sticking to timing and budget on various jobs
- Overseeing the execution and timely delivery of quality work with a keen eye for detail
- Working in a collaborative and positive work environment
- Experience and knowledge of plants
- Experience working in a construction environment
- Leadership Experience/ Experience running a crew or group of employees
- Strong positive attitude
- Timely attendance
- Experience running various landscape maintenance equipment such as zero turn lawn mowers, walk behind lawn mowers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, and hedge trimmers. (Added bonus for those comfortable running skid steers and mini excavators)
- Valid incident free G License

We are looking for someone with a positive mindset, good work ethic, and strong attention to detail to take on this role with an interest in growing within the company and improving their craft.

- Starting at $22-$30/hr based on experience

**Salary**: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
