**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician III person to join our team.
This non supervisory position reporting to the Maintenance Manager/Shift Supervisor is primarily responsible for plant and equipment electronic, hydraulic and pneumatic system maintenance and repairs, and plant and equipment mechanical maintenance and repairs.
**Duties**
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Receives and complies with verbal and written instructions.
- Repairs breakdowns to plant and production equipment.
- Carries out routine preventive maintenance inspections: - molds - Injection molding machines - feeders - grinders - conveyors - vacuum loading system - chiller - compressors
- Checks performance of all machines.
- Repairs and makes parts
- Makes adjustments to equipment and machines as necessary.
- Builds new equipment.
- Operates a wide range of equipment including cranes, lift truck, welding machine, lathe, milling machine, hand tools, etc.
- Communicates changes/problems as appropriate to maintenance manager/shift supervisor.
- Performs such other duties as may be assigned by supervision/management from time to time.
- Maintains workplace in a neat orderly manner.
- Follows all plant rules and regulations.
- Works in a safe manner using all prescribed safety equipment and devices and eliminates and/or reports all safety hazards that may occur.
- Ensures that all requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the Company's Health and Safety policies and procedures are followed by yourself and those you supervise or direct.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance, with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
- High school diploma
- Tradesman/Journeyman documentation - Electrical / Millwright
- Good oral and written communication skills
- 4 years experience as an industrial maintenance mechanic
- Hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical experience is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.

Pay: $40.49-$41.49 per hour
