Foreign trained Physiotherapist / Licensed KIN/PTA college diploma
- 2+ years of experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred
- Clinical skills in manual therapy and functional exercise
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Operate and maintain modality equipment including IFC, Ultrasound, Laser,
- Deep knowledge of different physical therapy techniques
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong customer engagement and retention ability.
- Self-motivated individual with ability to work independently and within a team

**Duties**
- Follow and implement treatment plans designed by physiotherapist
- Communicating, reporting, patient follow up calls, hands on treatment, updating patient progress
- Maintain all equipment, laundry, and clean up
- Provide excellent service deliverer and customer retention strategies

**E. Other Duties**

Ensure equipment is maintained and inventory is current

Do “aftercare” once a patient has finished treatment (eg. clean and sanitize room, prepare room for next patient).

Utilize a weekly SOAP note on clients to further clarify and explain changes in their condition and /or programs. ( i.e. Physical condition or program change). Assist PT with documentation and to stay current

Prepare charts/ assessment forms for new clients or those to be re-assessed and communicate their needs quickly to the physiotherapist.

Communicate daily, with both clinicians and admin staff, any necessary information that may affect client health and treatments.

Communicate regularly with the physiotherapist and direct supervisor to update any information and/or situation that may be pertinent.

Keep clinic organized, sanitized and clean. You will be responsible for cleaning the clinic including floors and washrooms.

Do laundry and keep clinic tidy.

You will also be responsible for front desk duties as part of your shifts as the role will be divided.

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- physiotherapy clinic: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (required)
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
