**Kick Physiotherapy & Sports Medicine** is currently seeking a part-time or full-time receptionist/office manager or administrative assistant who is highly-motivated, exceptionally reliable and committed to our vision of providing high performance therapy and sports rehabilitation. Kick owns and operates two well-established, physiotherapy-owned facilities serving York Region and the surrounding area since 2008. We pride ourselves in having skilled therapists, focused on treating each individual in all aspects of their health.

We believe in creating a positive and friendly work atmosphere for all our staff and therapists. Our management team is very approachable, accommodating and eager to help. Our clinics are formed on the foundation of prioritizing advanced functional therapy and patient care.

**Locations**:

- Kick Woodbridge (Islington & Hwy 7)
- Kick Maple (Keele & Major Mackenzie)

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls to the clinic
- Booking, confirming, cancelling and rescheduling patients
- Checking in patients for appointments, screening patients for COVID-19
- Daily patient invoicing and direct billing to insurance
- Maintaining overall presentation of the clinic
- Assessing inventory needs

**Requirements**:

- Motivated and enthusiastic individual with experience in customer service
- Works well in a dynamic fast paced team setting
- **_Must be open to working days, evenings and weekends_**:

- An interest in fitness, health and wellness is an asset, though not required

**Qualifications**:

- Customer service and experience answering phones is an asset
- Ability to deal with team members from a management perspective
