Studio Paolo Ferrari is seeking a Project Lead/Director to lead exceptional interior design projects, working with international brands across luxury hospitality and residential sectors. You'll collaborate with an award-winning team on projects that are conceptually rich, meticulously detailed, and created for some of the world's most respected brands and clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a recognized institution
  • Familiarity with OAA standards/ OBC knowledge
  • 10-15+ years of Architecture/ interior design experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership or client- facing role
  • Software proficiency: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office Suite and other Project management tools
  • Strong skills in Project Management, Client Management, Team Leadership and Technical Documentation
  • Clear communicator (verbal and written), Solution-oriented mindset, Strong Leadership presence with collaborative style

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring design vision and intent are upheld at every stage
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets and deliverables to maintain quality and alignment with studio standards
  • Mentor and support designers across project phases, fostering growth and creative excellence
  • Review and approval all major project outputs prior to client presentations or implementation
  • Represents the studio in external meetings and industry events when appropriate
  • Contribute to internal culture through leadership, initiatives and creative engagement

This is a full-time position based in Toronto, Canada. Candidates must be Canada based or must posses a valid work visa.
