Commercial Property Manager

As a member of the property management team the key responsibilities of the **Commercial Property Manager **include but are not limited to:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure all properties are managed and operated in compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Develop strong tenant relationships
- Oversee third party vendors
- Conduct site inspections regularly
- Provide leadership and assist in the investigation/resolution of any issues that arise
- Identify deficiencies and provide recommendations and action plans in order to improve the property
- Purchase Order and Work Order Processing and Contractor Management
- On-call response to after-hour emergencies as required
- Other assignments within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as reasonable requested from time to time by management
**Required Knowledge and Experience**:
- 7-10 years experience in Property Management.
- Minimum of five (5) years Commercial/Industrial Property Management experience
- Experience with YARDI (Voyager 7S) would be an asset
- Working knowledge and experience in financial accounting in commercial real estate, financial reporting, and budgeting
- Proven ability to identify, evaluate and develop new ideas with supportable results
- Effective negotiation skills to influence and impact at all levels - senior management, peers, direct and indirect reports
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills - MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Reliable vehicle required travelling to various sites

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Commercial Property Management: 5 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driver's License (required)
