**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage all aspects of the print production process
- Supervise and train printing staff
- Coordinate with clients to understand their printing needs
- Ensure quality control standards are met
- Monitor inventory levels of printing supplies
- Oversee pricing and billing for print jobs
- Implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in print production, preferably in a retail setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Knowledge of administrative tasks related to print management
- Experience in retail sales is a plus
- Proficiency in interviewing and hiring staff
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required
