As we continue to evolve and expand, we’re seeking a **Managing Kitchen Partner** who can help take us to the next level.

**Role Overview**:We are looking for a **Managing Kitchen** **Partner** to oversee day-to-day operations and help lead the company into its next phase of growth. During the first 6-12 months, your primary responsibility will be running our Burnaby location and training the staff to maintain high standards of efficiency, customer service, and quality. **After this period, you will take on a broader leadership role across the business with the opportunity for equity or profit-sharing after 12 months, based on your contributions to the business.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- First 6-12 Months: Get a feel for our business by leading operations at the Burnaby location, ensuring smooth daily functions, and training staff to meet company standards.
- Manage daily operations, including staffing, inventory, and customer service, ensuring efficiency and a high standard of quality.
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Work closely with the founder to implement strategic initiatives that drive growth and improve profitability.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food regulations.
- Identify and resolve operational challenges, continuously optimizing processes for maximum efficiency.
- Play a significant role in the expansion efforts, including the potential opening of new locations or exploring franchising opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in restaurant management, hospitality, or a similar operational role.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and profit margins.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, eager to contribute to the growth and success of the business.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Passion for great food and a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
