Someone who is a self-starter, eager to learn and grow into this newly formed position with an interest in our industry would make an ideal fit. **You’d fit right in if you**: - Have a passion or interest in the heavy truck trailer or machinery equipment industry - Have excellent communication and organizational skills, - Are attentive to details, - Are a self-starter & take initiative, - Are self-sufficient, adaptable & thrive in a fast-paced environment, - Are computer savvy, - Have experience working with a start-up or in a virtual, remote environment, - Are willing to research solutions to problems, - Enjoy administrative work, and - Enjoy a dynamic, on-the-road lifestyle. **Requirements**: - Very comfortable with Google Drive suite (especially Google Sheets & docs), - Very comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel & Word), - Excellent verbal & written communication skills, - Strong organizational skills, - Great attention to detail, - Strong interpersonal skills, - Regular travel to remote locations in BC & AB, - Experience in data entry, - Have a class 5 driver's license - High School Diploma or equivalent + 2 Years of consistent work experience in a similar industry Your **responsibilities** will include, and are not limited to: - Data Input - Verify information to ensure accuracy - Manage customer files with sale and consignment-related documents - Manage contract coordination for consignments and sales - Shoot photos of Consignment listings - Coordinate paperwork required for buyer and seller to complete a sale. - Facilitate pick-up or shipping - Facilitate buyer viewings - Data input - Perform thorough visual inspection write-ups **Why Join WeConsign Equip?** We’re a fun, energetic team on a trajectory to the top of our industry.
