**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Proficiency in the PBS system and a strong understanding of bookkeeping practices are essential. Your expertise will play a vital role in maintaining our financial health.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate financial records using the PBS system.
- Process payments and invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Review accounts and resolve discrepancies through analysis.
- Compile monthly financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in line with regulations.
- Manage general ledger entries and maintain detailed financial records.
- Prepare and submit tax forms and other required compliance documentation.
- Support budgeting and forecasting by providing relevant financial data.
- Collaborate with the team to improve financial processes and ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience or a similar role.
- Proficiency in the PBS system and other accounting software.
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Experience in payroll, budgeting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Hours**: 20-25 hours per week
**Schedule**: Flexible, weekdays only
