**About the Firm**
Heer Law specializes in providing intellectual property law, intellectual property litigation, patent agent and trademark agent services. We are an established intellectual property law firm located in downtown Toronto.
**Responsibilities**
- Conducting in-person and telephone consultations regarding intellectual property issues
- Involvement in the firm's marketing activities
**Qualifications**
- Licensed to practice as a lawyer in Ontario and/or registration as a Patent Agent in Canada and/or in the United States
- 2+ years of experience in patent law
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Engineering or Science
- Registration as a Patent Agent in the United States is an asset
- Registration as a Trademark Agent in Canada is an asset
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good work ethic, positive mindset and a team player
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
