As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for performing a range of accounting and clerical tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Process and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
- Statement reconciliation
- Assist in maintaining accurate, up-to-date, financial records and reporting
- Handle invoicing, billing, and payment processing
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Provide support during audits and prepare documentation as required
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and records

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an accounting clerk or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with accounting software (CDK) is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
