**Ketek Group Inc**:

**Position Background**:
The Janitorial position ensures office environments remain clean, presentable, keep the workplace free of dirt and debris, and prevent the spread of bacteria.

**Core Duties**:

- Cleaning of building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming
- Gather and empty trash
- Sanitize all kitchen areas, door handles including desks, phones,keyboards, workstations and appliances,
- Wipe tables, chairs, and all surfaces
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
- Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
- Follow material data sheets and procedures for the use of chemical cleaners to ensure correct use of PPE, and to prevent damage to furniture and equipment
- Notify managers concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems
- Perform other general housekeeping duties

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 1-year commercial cleaning experience
- Class 5 Drivers License
- High School Diploma/GED
- Fluent in English language
- Strong work ethics with attention to detail
- Experience cleaning multiple properties per day (preferred)

**Working Conditions**:

- Regular required to stand/sit, talk/hear, stoop, climb, lift, balance, kneel and use of hands/fingers to operate tools, machinery and materials
- Regular exposures to cleaning chemicals. Gloves and respiratory protection provided where required
- May be required to work alone
- Available to work varied hours including evenings and weekends
