**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise janitorial operations within designated areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and motivate a team of cleaning staff to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
- Coordinate scheduling, assignments, and workflow to optimize productivity and resource utilization.
- Address any issues or concerns promptly, providing solutions and support to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure service delivery aligns with expectations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment for all employees.
- Ability and willingness to provide hands on janitorial services as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in janitorial or facilities management roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and empower team members to achieve their full potential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
- Proven organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products, with a commitment to quality and efficiency.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between work sites.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet operational requirements.
