Foundation Masters is looking for an experienced project manager with knowledge in foundation repair and concrete related projects. In this role you will plan, coordinate and direct assigned projects, meeting company goals and objectives in a timely manner. As an active project manager you will be required to have above average communication skills dealing with clients, employees and vendors while exercising good judgment. Reporting to the Director, this position is responsible for leading and managing all projects as assigned in a “Safety comes first environment”. You will oversee all work performed by our teams, contractors and consultants, and liaise with internal staff across the organization. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent leadership skills who fosters an atmosphere of success, innovation, quality workmanship and results.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- Manage staff and sub-contractors on each jobsite.
- Demonstrated track record of successful project management related to the construction industry with a focus on foundation and concrete work.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Working self-sufficiently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to multitask and appreciation for ruthless prioritization.
- Assess potential risks and propose risk mitigation strategies.
- Manage the full project life cycle from initiation to project close including quality control checks throughout the duration of the job, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Resolve conflicts to deliver project objectives.
- Escalate issues as required.
- Manage changes to scope of work and timing.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and track hours ensuring all paperwork is brought into the office.
- Multiple site visits on a daily basis.
- Provide regular status updates to management.
- Valid drivers license is required.
- Active Cell Phone is required.
- Wage - $30 - $40 per hour

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
