**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their shopping needs.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and processing returns.
- Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase store sales.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are tidy.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in training new staff on customer service best practices and store policies.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and comfortable using POS systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer engagement.
- A friendly demeanor with a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
