**Job Overview**
**We are seeking Residential Renovations Working Site Supervisors in the Ottawa/Gatineau area**

To Do Done Renovations is a leading renovation company in the Ottawa/Gatineau area. We have our RBQ license, and we work in the province of QC as well as Ontario - throughout the National Capital Region. We are seeking career oriented, experienced tradespeople, with a great attitude, a solid work ethic, fantastic eye for detail, and strong finishing skills. We have steady and consistent residential renovation work in Ottawa/Gatineau/Chelsea, and a fantastic team to support you to do the work you love doing.

This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of residential renovation construction processes. We are looking for an experienced renovator who would like to spend less time on the tools, and more time actively managing projects.

**Duties**
- Supervise and engage in daily operations on the construction site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Work on the tools regularly alongside our carpenters, and be able to lead, advise and do the work required to progress the renovation.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and laborers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Review blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Utilize construction management software such as Buildertrend for project tracking and documentation.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure that work meets industry standards and project specifications.
- Assist in budgeting and construction estimating to maintain financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and office staff to provide updates on project progress.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in completing residential renovations, including bathrooms, kitchens, basements and full home renovations.
- Proven experience supervising residential renovation projects with a strong understanding of construction processes.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and the ability to interpret drawings accurately.
- Familiarity with construction estimating techniques and budgeting practices.
- Experience using construction management software such as Buildertrend is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control throughout all phases of the project.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges as they arise on-site.

Language requirements are fluent verbal and written English. An asset would be to also have a high proficiency in French.
