**SALES**
- Initial point of contact
- Nurturing new client relationships, responding to their questions and correspondence, while educating and qualifying prospective homebuyers.
- Promote our designs, processes, and benefits to clients in every conversation.
- Scheduling meetings with potential clients.
- Complete and provide to the client estimates for predesigned plans.
- Escalate qualified clients as required for further customization.
- Complete and provide to the client contract documents.
- Managing the lead database in Pipedrive account.
- Tracking leads and conversations
- Ensuring client satisfaction and addressing warranty issues in a timely matter.
- Offering monthly pipeline updates for forecasting and planning purposes.
- Keeping updated estimates for all standard models.
- Providing assistance to the Design and Production team.
- Accomplishing additional projects and assignments as required.

**MARKETING**
- Manage, create and post quarterly newsletters.
- Manage website & social media accounts.
- Perform updates on FB, Instagram, & YouTube.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES**
- Experience with CMR Management Systems
- Pipedrive is an asset.
- Knowledge of construction process would be an asset.
- Construction Drawings and specifications can be read and interpreted.
- Must have proven track record of sales success.
- Customer-focused and service mindset.
- Communicates well and organizes well.
- Self-motivated and goal orientated.
- Work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour
