Compensation: $80,000 (total of base plus bonuses)

**Compensation**:
$32,000 base plus bonus

**Responsibilities**:

- Gather accurate background information from potential buyers and sellers and then set great appointments for our team agents
- Update and maintain our team database with any updates regarding buyers and sellers
- Take inbound sales calls from prospective clients, qualify them, and set the appointment

**Qualifications**:

- Must absolutely possess great communication skills
- Some real estate background is preferred
- Great organizational skills
- Ability to adapt and think clearly in a sales-based environment
