- Assist in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Perform irrigation tasks to ensure crops receive adequate water.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various farming activities.
- Conduct regular inspections of fields and buffalos.
- Carry out heavy lifting tasks as needed, including moving materials and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the farm and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Be available for an interview in 24 hrs

**Requirements**:

- Experience with heavy lifting and physical labor is essential.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in farming operations.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently is preferred.
- Be comfortable around large animals. We are a water buffalo dairy
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating necessary quantities for irrigation or planting.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to farming techniques and machinery operation.
