We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a **Visitor Services Associate**. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive until their departure. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Engagement & Support**
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
- Provide guests with detailed information about resort amenities, activities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
- **Facility Tours & Experience Coordination**
- Offer guided tours of the resort, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Coordinate bookings for on-site activities, dining, and spa services.
- Provide personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
- **Administrative Tasks**
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, and feedback.
- Assist in preparing reports on guest satisfaction and service quality.
- **Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, dining) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in staff training sessions and provide input for service improvements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education in hospitality is a plus).
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in a customer service or hospitality role (experience in luxury resorts is an asset).
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reservation management systems.
- **Personality**: Warm, approachable, and enthusiastic about creating memorable guest experiences.
