We’re looking for a Practice Administrator who can think strategically while also rolling up their sleeves to get things done. **The Role**:
As our Practice Administrator, you will:

- Support strategic initiatives while also handling day-to-day operations, from facility maintenance to scheduling and workflow optimization.
- Take ownership of tasks big and small, ensuring the practice runs smoothly.
- Collaborate with the team to solve problems, improve processes, and deliver an exceptional experience for patients and staff.
- Exhibit an outward mindset, prioritizing the needs of patients, team members, and the practice above individual preferences.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A proactive, hands-on leader who can balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
