Construction Assistant Project Manager

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation.
- Conduct construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets and forecasts.
- Develop project schedules using Primavera P6 to ensure timely completion of milestones.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate communication and resolve issues.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare regular reports on project status for stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction project management with a strong understanding of construction processes.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematic interpretation.
- Familiarity with construction estimating practices and tools such as HeavyBid.
- Experience using project management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and Civil 3D.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $60,000.00-$800,000.00 per year
