**Job Title**: Fitness Sales Advisor

**The Opportunity**:
We’re searching for a dynamic and driven Sales Associate with a passion for fitness and a talent for nurturing leads into lasting memberships. This role isn't just about making sales; it's about understanding individual fitness journeys, offering solutions, and being a part of life-changing experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive membership sales by effectively managing leads through calls, nurturing them into booked appointments, and closing sales.
- Foster relationships that lead to referrals and long-term member loyalty.
- Utilize CRM tools to efficiently organize and nurture leads.
- Leverage Mindbody Software for client management and appointment scheduling.
- Contribute positively to our high-energy, dynamic team environment.
- Demonstrated sales experience, ideally in fitness sales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Skilled in managing leads, from initial contact through to closing the sale and securing referrals.
- Proficient in using CRM tools to manage and organize leads efficiently.
- Familiarity with Mindbody Software is a significant plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
