Edmonton, Canada Rosenau Transport Ltd Full time

Rosenau Transport Ltd is currently seeking a full time Pricing Analyst with 2 + years’ experience in a Pricing or Data Analysis related position. This position is located in our Edmonton Corporate Office and will report to our Director of Pricing.

**Responsibilities**
- Listen to internal and external stakeholders and understand their transportation requirements
- Communicate customer requirements to internal operations and customer service staff
- Maintain accurate information related to pricing activities with sales and customer interactions
- Perform analysis related to customer account reviews and trends
- Provide feedback on customer analysis and related customer information
- Collaborate with IT to ensure that pricing automation tools are working effectively
- Maintain accurate information related to customer pricing levels

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
- Out of the box thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated commitment to high-quality customer service
- Positive attitude with a willingness to work with internal and external stakeholders
- Effective written communication
- Demonstrated digital dexterity - effective use of multiple technology platforms
- Familiarity with Microsoft suite of products, including SharePoint, Power BI and Planner
- Familiarity with CRM systems and processes would be considered an asset

**Salary**: $26.00-$32.00 per hour
