Join our hospitality team supporting the fine dining, farm-to-table restaurant in our barrel cellar in the Estate Manor on the 35+ acre Estate Winery.

Qualifications:

- 2 years of fine-dining experience
- Smart Serve Certification
- Wine knowledge is an asset
- Food handlers preferred but not required

Evening and weekend availability.

Skills: Organizational skills, takes initiative, team player, customer service, communication skills, guests are here for the experience and our staff is a huge part of that, we want someone who takes that to heart and takes ownership and pride in what they do.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting guests
- Sharing knowledge of menu items and flavors, enable guests to make personal decisions based on taste and interest
- Taking orders and relaying to the kitchen
- Serving food and beverages (Including proper wine service)
- Setting and clearing tables
- Keeping your work space clean and clear of clutter
- Preparing bills and processing payment
- Ensuring every guest that walks in our door has a memorable experience and can’t wait to come back
- Other duties as required (Banquet, events, etc.)
