**Position Overview**
As an Industrial Inkjet Technician, you’ll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of continuous inkjet (CIJ), thermal inkjet (TIJ), and high-resolution inkjet systems. You’ll work directly with our manufacturing clients across Canada, ensuring their marking systems perform reliably and efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**
Install and commission industrial inkjet printers at customer sites
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on CIJ, TIJ, or high-resolution systems
- Provide technical training and on-site support to operators and maintenance teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with the service team
- Support the sales team with technical advice when required
**What You Bring**
- 3+ years of experience servicing industrial inkjet systems (Domino, Videojet, Markem-Imaje, Linx, or similar)
- Strong diagnostic and hands-on repair skills
- Ability to read technical schematics and operate diagnostic tools
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Ontario
- Experience working independently in customer-facing environments
