**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in assigned areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by sanitizing surfaces and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Conduct thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, ensuring all areas meet company standards for cleanliness.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks to assist maintenance team.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and maintaining equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated schedules.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks such as changing bulbs, cleaning up graffiti etc.
