**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in designated areas.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas that require attention or repairs.
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning assignments within scheduled shifts.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from facility occupants.
- Assist with heavy lifting when necessary, including moving furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**
- Previous custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and facility users.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely.
- Physical capability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety within all work areas.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Casual, Seasonal, Freelance

Pay: $18.00-$180.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week
