Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. This is for a AIR BNB PROPERTY near the University Of Alberta Hospital. Attention to detail is a must. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of this rental property.
Main Floor is 2 bedrooms 1 bath. Pays a flat rate of $60
Basement Suite is 2 bedrooms 1 bath. Pays a flat rate of $60
**Responsibilities**:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and other designated areas
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors
- Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste
- Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
- Perform routine inspections to ensure spaces are well-maintained
- Notify management of any repairs needed
- Must provide own cleaning supplies and equipment
Qualifications:
- Residential cleaning experiences encouraged
- Ability to clean and maintain various surfaces and materials
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
