If you are a corporate communication expert, and love to push the boundaries of what is possible, then this might be the place for you. We are a small, close-knit team, looking for someone who can jump in and make an immediate impact.

Working with colleagues across the company, the Corporate Communication Specialist must have a finger on the pulse of what is happening internally and expertly communicate that via internal communication methods.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Write, edit, proofread, and produce internal corporate communications, including but not limited to HR, L&D, and web content; announcements; events;
- Write content forinternal
- Write,edit, format, and review employee-related policies and procedures texts (g., Employee Handbook).
- Gather and edit content submitted by various departments.
- Create or source photo and video content for Intranet.
- Work with other departments to keep content up to date.
- Responsible for administrative tasks related to maintaining intranet,including liaising with internal and external IT supports to resolve issues.
- Monitor user-generated content for appropriateness.
- Build and strengthen relationships with internal staff and departments.
- Maintain Intranet publishing calendar.

**What you'll need to be successful**:
**Must Haves**:

- Bachelor'sdegree in English, Communications, or Journalism.
- 2+ years' experience incopywriting, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a diligent eye for detail, language, flow, and grammar.
- Able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Must be comfortable writing, editing, and communicating in English and in French.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple simultaneous projects.
- Must be comfortable working independently.
- Must be resourceful and organized.
- Must be flexible and able to handle routine as well as unexpected assignments.

**Nice to Haves**:

- Able to translate to French.
- Able to work with Asana and Teams
