- Serve as the primary system administrator for our existing Salesforce environment, focusing on continuous improvement to enhance utility and user experience.
- Support users with day-to-day requests and technical support.
- Create and manage reports, dashboards, flows, approval processes and data validation to support business processes.
- Develop collaborative working relationships with key business partners, solution architects, technology & business teams.
- Acquire & share knowledge of emerging business needs, technology and solutions to help improve AIM operations.
- Support and optimize organizational change management and technical change control functions.
- Have fun, develop and position yourself, your team and AIM for long term success and growth.

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years' experience in SFDC system administration in a corporate environment, OR 3+ years’ in a mid
- to large-tier Salesforce consultancy, specifically focused on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Experience Cloud
- Salesforce Administrator certification, in good standing
- Ability to effectively collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders and team members
- Experience with Lightning App Builder, Lightning Components, Flows, SOQL, and Data Loader
- Strong teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills
- A desire to learn, and support business operations with new technology and solutions
- Strong communication & collaboration skills, capable of building relationships across multiple levels of IT, solution partners, and business operations
- Fluent in both French and English

**Preferred Skills**
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification, or Sales Cloud Consultant certification, in good standing (Experience Cloud and/or Platform Developer I certifications are a plus)
- Experience with Gearset, OwnBackup, as well as ETL tools (Informatica, Azure Data Factory)
