**Job Summary**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Food Service Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. You will engage with customers, take orders, and assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the dining experience.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly, including cash handling and processing payments through the register.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and food preparation areas.
- Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all customers.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Support kitchen staff as needed with food preparation and assembly.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- Willingness to learn about menu items and promote upselling techniques.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
