**Loader & Skid Steer Operators - Snow Removal**
**Location**: Hamilton, ON & Surrounding Areas

Looking to put your equipment skills to work this winter? **Unique Landscape Services** is hiring experienced **Loader Operators** and **Skid Steer Operators** for the 2025-2026 snow season (**November 15 - April 15**). This is **on-call, weather-dependent work** — perfect for experienced operators from landscaping, construction, or other trades who want reliable equipment and professional support while earning winter income.

**Position Overview**
Operate **modern, well-maintained equipment** to keep commercial and residential properties safe and accessible. Our work includes **commercial parking lots, industrial properties, condominium roadways and driveways**. When storms hit, we rely on skilled operators who can respond quickly and work safely in challenging conditions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Operate loaders or skid steers** to clear snow on a designated route (parking lots, roads, and driveways).
- **Follow site specifications** — piling zones, priority areas, and client standards.
- Be **on-call and ready to deploy on short notice** when snow events occur (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
- Assist other operators as needed to ensure timely completion of routes.
- Track hours using **LMN** (smartphone required).
- Perform **basic equipment care** (fueling, greasing, and reporting any defects).

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience** operating loaders and/or skid steers (snow removal experience required).
- Ability to work safely, efficiently, and independently.
- Available for **irregular, weather-driven hours** and quick call-outs.
- Smartphone for time tracking (LMN app).
- Knowledge of **Metal Pless blades** is an asset.
- Reliable transportation to and from your assigned equipment (parked on-site).
