**Key Responsibilities**
- Staging Support
- Assist the Staging Manager with organizing, cleaning, labelling, and managing staging inventory
- Assist in creating tailored staging plans, pull and prepare inventory for upcoming listings
- Support on-site staging, including styling, decluttering, organization, steaming, and light cleaning as required

**Client Care & Logistics**
- Assist with property visits and preparing staging walkthrough notes
- Help coordinate product pick-ups and deliveries
- Provide general support tasks as needed to ensure a smooth staging process
- Communicate with The Richards Group team members and clients on a regular basis
- Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as the role evolves.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and tasks efficiently.
- Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting demands.
- Strong interest or experience in home styling, interior design, or décor, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly, professional, and client-focused demeanor.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting, moving furniture, and performing light cleaning or styling duties.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively when preparing spaces for staging.
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Experience in inventory management, organization of home décor, or warehouse operations is an asset.
- Professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining high standards for client-facing materials and staged properties.

**Time Commitment**

Monday-Friday, with some after-hours availability depending on seasonality

**Location of Work**

Scarborough, Ontario

On-site client locations within the GTA as required

**Compensation and Benefits**:
Pay: 23/hour

**Health Benefits**:Available after a 6-month probationary period, under the RBC Health Plan

**Vacation**:Two weeks of paid vacation, plus additional office closure over the Christmas holidays (Christmas Eve through the return of public schools). This period is primarily downtime, with mínimal availability required for business needs

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
