Receptionist (Ft)

**Responsibilities**:
- Welcome visitors to the office in a professional, and courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, and respond to inquiries received via Teams, and Outlook
- Diligently manage access cards for restricted work areas
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, order catering, set up and clean rooms
- Assist the internal teams with business travel arrangements, calendar management, expense reports, and other related tasks as needed
- Order, maintain, and distribute office supplies
- Sort, distribute, and prepare documents and packages for pick up and delivery
- Vacation coverage for the Executive Assistant when required
- Participate in special projects upon request
- Participate in activities related to onboarding and offboarding of employees
**Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of relevant experience; a college or professional diploma or equivalent would be a strong asset
- Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneNote, OneDrive, etc.)
- Ability to work well under pressure and deal and adapt quickly to urgent situations
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and be client-focused
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Bilingual in both French and English (spoken and written) would be well regarded
