**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Collect and compile data from various sources for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Input data into computer systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Organize files and maintain documentation in an orderly manner for easy retrieval.
- Utilize Excel and other software tools to manage data effectively.
- Assist in the development of data collection processes to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and resolve any discrepancies.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the department.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in clerical or administrative roles with a focus on data entry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with data collection methods and systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information.
