**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement training programs tailored to the skill levels of participants.
- Educate players on proper techniques, safety practices, and the importance of physical fitness.
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to enhance performance and confidence.
- Monitor progress and adjust training plans as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
- Organize and lead practice sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere.
- Communicate effectively with participants and their families regarding progress and areas for improvement.
- Maintain a clean and organized training environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in badminton coaching.
- Strong ability to educate individuals of varying skill levels in badminton techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire participants.
- A passion for sports, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is required

Pay: $15.00-$25.00 per hour
