As we grow, we’re looking for a tech-savvy and resourceful **IT Specialist** to join our team and support our digital infrastructure

**Position Summary**:
As an IT Specialist, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving our internal and external IT systems, supporting users across the organization, and assisting with the technology behind our field services and automation platforms. You’ll play a critical role in keeping our operations secure, connected, and efficient.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues (on-site and remote).
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and backups.
- Set up and maintain workstations, servers, and networking equipment.
- Assist in deploying networking systems at various customer sites
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Support SCADA, PLC, and other automation system connectivity.
- Ensure cybersecurity practices are followed and updated.
- Coordinate with vendors and manage IT assets/inventory.
- Maintain documentation and provide end-user training as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar IT support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, networking, and basic server management.
- Familiarity with industrial control systems, SCADA, or remote access solutions is an asset.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $60,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
