**Synopsis of the role**

The Corporate Communications Manager will report to the Director of Communications, Digital Marketing & Content, and will help drive employee engagement and enhance the Equifax brand by owning, developing and executing on communication strategies and activities for employee and executive communications and events.

**What You'll do**
- Collaborate with our communications team and events manager to create compelling content and collateral for internal and external events, including employee meetings, executive client events, and executive speaking engagements.
- Promote executive and corporate thought leadership through digital content channels, while supporting business development and stakeholder engagement through presentations, collateral, and speaking remarks.
- Working within an integrated marketing and communications team and supporting various cross-functional teams, this role requires advanced stakeholder management. The individual will be confidently able to balance the competing needs of this dynamic business, and all stakeholders.
- Convert complex/difficult concepts/information into simple and compelling messages
- identify new opportunities to reach target audiences.

**What Qualifications you need**:

- 5+ years as a communications professional with progressive accountability, substantial knowledge and expertise in a complex field and knowledge of broader related areas
- Bachelor degree, preferably communications studies or marketing.
- Excellent writing, editing and research skills, with superior knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation and style (Canadian Press).
- Experience coordinating events for employee and executive audiences
- Team player who excels at delivering high-quality work under tight timelines while maintaining a positive attitude and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a high energy level and proactive approach
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to liaise with Executives and team members.
- Proven ability to develop strong business relationships with internal partners

**What could set you apart**
- Bilingual in English and French is considered an asset.
- Proven experience designing compelling content using Google Slides / PowerPoint
