**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Track and manage membership payments, registration fees, and other income sources.
- Generate financial reports for management and club board members.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial and tax regulations.
- Assist with budget planning and cash flow management.
- Collaborate with club management to optimize financial processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in a sports club or similar environment.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and SportsEngine is required.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Compensation**:
Compensation is negotiable and will be based on experience and the time required for the role.
