**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively develop the B2B market within Canada, promote the company brand through various channels and social media, and increase the number of partnership agencies.
- Promote company services and sectors, including guardianship, boarding, language training, and educational training, to enhance partners' understanding of our products and facilitate product conversion.
- Conduct in-depth local market research in Canada, collect and analyze the latest trends in the education market to strengthen our brand impact.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for the consumer market, plan and organize various marketing events, ensuring the effectiveness of event execution and follow-ups.
- Regularly manage social media promotions, organize activities for students and parents, maintain customer relationships, increase customer loyalty, and assist consultants in promoting service contracts.

**Requirements**:

- At least one year of experience in marketing and sales.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with Canadian local educational experience preferred.
- Familiarity with social media and strong experience in marketing promotion and copywriting.
- Strong resilience and execution abilities, capable of long-term stable commitment.
- Those with school resources and channel resources will be given priority.
- Outgoing personality and good at teamwork..

- 进行深入的加拿大本地市场调研，收集与分析教育市场最新动态，增强品牌影响力。
- 制定并执行C端市场推广计划，策划并组织各类市场活动，确保活动有效执行，并跟进活动成效。
- 定期进行社交媒体推广，组织学生与家长的活动，维护客户关系，增加客户粘性，支持顾问推动服务签约。

**申请人要求：**
- 一年以上市场及销售经验。
- 本科及以上学历，具有加拿大本地学习经验者优先。
- 熟悉新媒体运营，具备较强的市场推广与文案策划能力。
- 具有较强的抗压性和执行力，能长期稳定地投入工作。
- 拥有学校资源和渠道资源者优先。
- 性格开朗，善于团队合作。
