**Description**:
WHO YOU ARE:
This role will support the distribution and warehousing of Non-Sellable inventory (including store supplies, signage, and visual elements).
- Assists in day to day warehouse distribution of all non-sellables
- Direct communication liaison with procurement manager
- Supports procurement & marketing
- Ensures effective execution of marketing launches & distros
- Establishes priorities and proposes recommendations for improving processes
- Covers for warehouse clerk in his absence
- Cover essential operations in absence of procurement manager
- Relays all marketing launch details to the warehouse and assists with execution
- Creates / receives POS in web portal
- Performs inventory adjustments for all non-sellables
- Responds to all store messages regarding store supplies & marketing
- Supports non-sellable distribution for all store openings / closures / renovations
- Ensures that priorities and deadlines are met
- Troubleshoots to resolve issues
- Maintains a clean and safe work environment
- Other tasks and projects as required.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Moderate Excel knowledge
- Previous warehouse / distribution experience
- At ease with inventory systems
- Good communication skills
- Bilingualism required (English & French)
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen ability to multitask
- Positive, upbeat energy with the ability to create fun working environment
