**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an Associate, adMare National Therapeutics (Tx) Accelerator to support innovators and entrepreneurs to grow sustainable life science companies, and develop new therapeutics in Canada.

Associate will work closely with our teams located in Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal to support diverse commercialization activities and services offered by Tx Accelerator.

**Position Type: Temporary Part-time Contract (10h/week)**

**Contract Duration: 6 months**

**Responsibilities**:

- Support venture recruitment and due diligence
- Support organization of online and in person events
- Support program promotion
- Support in-house R&D and commercialization services offered by the Tx Accelerator
- Maintain effective relationship with Tx Accelerator sites in Toronto and Vancouver[MV1] [MV2]

**Experience & Qualification**:

- 1 to 3 years of work experience in biotech, venture capital or life sciences industry sector
- M.Sc. or Ph.D in life sciences or a related area; MBA is an asset
- Students in 4-5 year of Graduate studies are eligible to apply
- Knowledge of coding language is an asset
- Know-how in building productive connections with industry, founders and investors
- Proven ability to network and build trust relationships
- Costumer service oriented
- Self-starter/self-motivated, quick learner, highly organized
- Must be able to work independently, ability to multitask and meet constant deadlines
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly driven to support outstanding science and ventures
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ambition to help grow companies
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and experience in project management
- Proficiency in written and spoken French language is a must
