Le rôle d’Assistant en gestion des données est un poste d’entré chez DNEG, faisant partie de l’équipe Éditoriale et sous la supervision du Superviseur IO. Le titulaire du poste assistera divers groupes au sein de l’établissement et il aidera avec les données qui seront ingérées, publiées et renvoyées aux clients.

**Principales responsabilités**
- Télécharger du matériel à partir des serveurs du client
- Transférer/ ingérer de données à travers tous les départements de tous nos bureaux
- Informer les équipes de production ainsi que les rédacteurs lorsque le matériel est disponible pour ingérer
- Valider du matériel dont le téléchargement est prévu
- Télécharger du matériel sur les serveurs du client
- Publier du matériel dans le pipeline de DNEG

**Compétences et aptitudes**
- Connaissance de Linux
- Connaissance de base des formats de fichiers
- Connaissance de base des appareils photo, des formats d’enregistrement et des formats d’image
- Capacité de respecter les délais
- Capacité de travailler avec de gros volumes de données
- Précision impeccable et souci du détail

An entry-level role at DNEG, the Editorial IO Assistant is part of the editorial team; guided by the Editorial IO Supervisor they assist various groups throughout the facility with data being ingested, published and delivered back to the clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Downloading material from the client’s servers
- Transferring/ingestion of data across all global departments
- Informing show production teams/Editors that material is available for ingest
- Validating material which is scheduled for upload
- Uploading material to client’s servers
- Publishing material into the DNEG pipeline

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Knowledge of Linux is preferable
- Basic knowledge of file formats
- Basic knowledge of film cameras, recording formats, aspect ratio
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work with high volumes of data
- Impeccable accuracy and attention to detail
