Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine patrols to monitor activity and prevent incidents
- Control access to restricted areas and verify IDs
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies
- Inspect and report on surveillance systems and equipment
- Document incidents accurately and professionally
- Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when required
- Maintain a strong security presence and provide excellent customer service

**Requirements**:

- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification (mandatory)
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods
- Class G driver’s license and reliable vehicle with clean driving abstract
- Available to work 12-hour shifts (day, night, or afternoon)
- Minimum 2 years of experience, including Use of Force training
- Police Foundations diploma or prior military/police experience is a strong asset
